Less than a week left.

The wood flooring should be complete by weds night. The floors will be beautiful. Many final touches are being done as I type this blog. The appliances are all installed and the countertops should be installed. We are on pace to hopefully have final inspection done and approved friday. No promisses but that is the goal. Looking good.

Not long!

Clean it up and get the flooring in and we are well on our way. From here to finish it will take your breath away. This home has taken me by surprise. It will be beautiful. The picks that have been made have been well done. Enjoy the photos!

Painters are starting the inside.

Trim is done and the painters are to begin today.

The trim is the next step to get even closer to completion. The Trim will be in then the paint will go on. Enjoy the photo's.

Getting close to the sheet rock!

Today was an eventful day at 3155. The electricians and plumbers were heavy at work. The roof is mostly on and should be complete here in the next day or two. Once the electrician and plumber finish up then the HVAC guys will get what they need to do done the the city inspector will clear us to put up the dry wall. This all may take 3 to 5 days.

We are almost ready for Sheet Rock!!!

We are making a couple quick changes on the inside and then we will be able to get the plumbers and electricians in to run all of their things through the freshly framed up home. The Exterior of this home is real appealing and I can't wait to see it with siding and a roof. Here are a few photo's!

The home is taking shape!

Wow! This home looks fantastic! the walls really show how nice a plan this home really is! Take a look at the pictures. The roof should be up and shingling should be taking place by weeks end.
