The floors will be beautiful. Many final touches are being done as I type this blog. The appliances are all installed and the countertops should be installed. Look at the progress. This is a great lot! With the basement in it is easier to see the privacy of the back yard and how nice the setting will be. Once all the plumbing is in the basement floor will be poured shortly after that. Look for framing to start in the next week!!! This means we are moving right along. When the walls are poured and set the plumbing will begin. Footings will be poured Monday or Tuesday. 2-3 days after that the basement walls should be in. The next step after the walls are up is plumbing the lines in the basement.
