Today was an eventful day at 3155. The electricians and plumbers were heavy at work. The roof is mostly on and should be complete here in the next day or two. Once the electrician and plumber finish up then the HVAC guys will get what they need to do done the the city inspector will clear us to put up the dry wall. This all may take 3 to 5 days.

Framing has begun!
The framers are working away. The rain on Monday delayed them a day but that isn't going to slow them down. Look for the shell to go up rather quickly. I would imagine that the framers will be done in a week or 2. Mark Behr (Builder) has a goal of the roof being on and done by November 1 to stay on time. Right now it looks good!

Plumbing After the Rain!
Not to be alarmed if there is a little water in the basement. It is common at this stage of construction. The water will all be pumped out and the gravel will be spread out to absorb any moisture in the ground before the floors are poured. The plumbing looks to all be in place and the cement floors should be poured on Saturday the 11th! Rock and Roll. Framing will start first of the week (weather permitting)!

Basement walls are in and Plumbing is beginning.
The plumbing lines will be roughed into the basement floor today and tomorrow. Look at the progress. This is a great lot! With the basement in it is easier to see the privacy of the back yard and how nice the setting will be. Once all the plumbing is in the basement floor will be poured shortly after that. Look for framing to start in the next week!!! Hold on tight cause things are beginning to get ramped up a notch!
